Artemis, the holding of Pinault family that controls Kering group, has just acquired a minority stake in the capital of the Italian company Giambattista Valli, in view of becoming the main shareholder in the future. It’s the second investment from the holding of Pinault family in Fashion field, after the acquisition of the Maison Courrèges in 2015.
As the Italian designer said, “Artemis and the company Valli share the same passion for art, the freedom of expression and creativity. This alliance sets the marriage between the excellences of the two companies with parallel visions”.
Thanks to the entry of Artemis, for the brand founded in 2004 that currently counts four flagship stores between Milan, Paris, Saint-Tropez and Seoul, an international development is clearly emerging.
